The Cottages

The Cottages

Adjacent to the Bed & Breakfast is the building housing our two family cottages. These units are normally rented on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday, from mid-June through mid-September. Shorter stays may be available during this time frame, and if so, this will be noted in our Specials Section. Nightly stays, with at least a three-night minimum, may be available prior to mid-June and after mid-September.

A cottage rental agreement must be completed and submitted for all stays in either cottage of more than three nights; more information on this will be provided when the cottage reservation is discussed with the Innkeeper.

Each cottage offers a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with a futon and cable TV. Each primary bedroom has a double bed and a bath with shower (only).

Outside, there are picnic tables and barbecue grills. There is also an outdoor shower, and a large play area for children is located to the rear of the cottage building. Cottage guests also can enjoy our 20’ X 40’ in-ground pool.

The Cottages

The ‘Wanderer’, our one bedroom cottage, will accommodate up to four guests; this requires two guests to sleep on the living room futon.

The ‘Morgan’, our two-bedroom cottage easily accommodates up to five people in the two bedrooms. The second bedroom in this unit is furnished with three twin beds. Local regulations limit the number of guests we can accommodate in our ‘Morgan’ cottage to no more than five.

The cottages provide a perfect setting for a family summer vacation or “Holiday Getaway."

 

Guest Cottage Rate Schedule

The rental rates for the cottages are based on up to four guests for the 'Wanderer' and up to five guests for the ‘Morgan’. These rates are in effect from mid-May through mid-October, and they are subject to state and local tax.

‘Wanderer’ (One Bedroom) weekly rate - $775 / nightly rates, when applicable, range $125-$140
‘Morgan’ (Two Bedroom) weekly rate - $875  / nightly rates, when applicable, range $140-$165

Please note that our cottage rental rates do not include breakfast in the B&B; cottage guests are on their own for all meals.
