Rooms & Rates at Lion's Head Inn

The spacious ‘Huntington’ guest suite offers a king-size bed and a double trundle bed, which provides sleeping accommodations for two additional guests. This oversized room also features a large sitting area with a sofa, chair and cable TV. French doors lead directly to the pool and garden areas from the ‘Huntington’ suite. There is a combination tub and shower in the private bath.

The gracious ‘Canterbury’ guest room located on the second floor features a crown-canopy queen-size bed. The original wide pine floors from the mid-1800s have been retained giving this room a “special” feel. The sitting area in this room has two easy chairs. There is a private outdoor deck overlooking the pool with chairs and a small table, the perfect spot for relaxing with your beverage of choice. The private bath has a stall shower.

The 'Snow' was originally the "chart room" used by Captain Thomas Snow as he planned voyages. Today, the 'Snow' has a relaxing, peaceful feel for those wanting to "unwind". This first floor room, decorated in soft shades of yellow and blue, is furnished with a queen-size bed and a single day bed. There is comfortable chair to sit and read or maybe plot your course for the day. The private bath has a tub/shower combination.
 

The name for the 'Rose' room evolved from a romantic story which is better told than written, and we will share it with you if you wish during your stay.  The 'Rose' has a queen-size bed and a single day bed along with a desk & chair and a comfortable easy chair. In this upstairs room, located in the front of the house, the morning sun greets guests as they prepare for their day on the Cape. The private bath has a tub/shower combination.
 

The ever-popular 'Roberts' room, located on the second floor, overlooks the pool and garden area. This room of considerable size has very peaceful decor. It is furnished with a queen-size bed and single day bed as well as a comfortable chair for relaxing or reading. The private bath has a tub/shower combination.
 

The cozy ‘Llanfair’ guest room, named after an island village in Wales with quite the challenging name of Llanfairpwllgwyngyll, is decorated in white wicker and has a double bed. There is a window view of the pool and gardens. The private bath has a combination tub and shower.
