Each of the six guest rooms has a private bath, a comfortable sitting area and air conditioning. They are tastefully decorated with period furnishings reflecting the charm and romance of an English Country Manor. There is a clock radio in each room to help ensure no one will miss breakfast that is served between 8:00 – 9:30 AM; coffee is available earlier. WIFI is available in the B&B enabling everyone to “stay connected” and entertained during their stay. Hair dryers are available upon request.
Our standard room rates are for double occupancy; there is a $20 charge added for each additional guest in the room. The rates for Friday and Saturday nights are usually higher than the other nights of the week throughout the year. Our “High Season” runs from Memorial Day Weekend through Columbus Day Weekend, and our rate schedule reflects the increased lodging demand during these months. While a two-night stay is preferred during “High Season”, especially on weekends, a single night advance reservation may be accepted during June, July and August with the understanding that there will be premium charge of +25% for the stand-alone weekend night.
