Room Rate Schedule... The rates for the Bed & Breakfast are based on double occupancy. Adjustments will be made for the single traveler or when additional guests share accommodations.

Double Occupancy Rates (all plus tax)

mid-May through mid-Sept. ("in-season")............ $95 to $200

mid-September through mid-May (our "tranquil season") ...above"in-season" rates are discounted from 25% to 40% (depending on the reservation dates and the length of stay).

Guest Cottage Rate Schedule...

The weekly rates for the cottages are based on up to four guests for the Wanderer and up to five guests for the Morgan. These rates are in effect from mid-May through mid-September are subject to state tax.

Wanderer (One Bedroom) weekly rate............$575 to $750

Morgan (Two Bedroom) weekly rate......... $650 to $850.

Weekly rates vary depending on the specific reservation dates. A cottage rental agreement must be completed when making a reservation for a week or more. Double occupancy Bed & Breakfast rates are used when weekly rates are not in effect. Please contact innkeepers for specifics.

B&B Reservation and Deposit/Payment Policies... Multiple day reservations may be required, especially "in-season." The acceptance of a reservation is made with the understanding that the guest is financially responsible for the entire period of time reserved. Reservations for up to four nights must be fully pre-paid at least 15 days before the start of the reservation. All other reservations require a four-night deposit which is due at least 15 days before to the start of the reservation. Any balance due, plus state/local tax, will be collected upon check-in. A reservation may be guaranteed by credit card or by sending a check. Credit card payments will require an imprint of the actual card upon arrival.

B&B Cancellation Policy...Should it be necessary to cancel a reservation 15 days or less before the start of the reservation or should there be an early departure, payments received will be refunded only if the guest room is re-rented. The refund will be issued for the amount of re-rented income received less 10%. Full refund less a $25 service charge will be made for any cancellation made 16 days or more before reservation.
